I am able to provide therapy to individuals, families, or couples living in California.
I offer a compassionate and supportive space where you can feel safe to explore, heal and grow.
My training and experience are in trauma related treatment, family systems, cognitive behavioral techniques,
and emotional processing. I believe all individuals have the capacity for change given a warm,
supportive, therapeutic alliance. Together, we’ll work toward creating lasting change and a life
that feels more grounded and fulfilling.
